THE Brownston Gallery in Modbury has opened a ground-breaking exhibition celebrating the work of five women artists who all studied under Plymouth painter Robert O. Lenkiewicz.

Now successful artists in their own right, Karen Ciambriello, Louise Courtnell, Diane Nevitt, Lisa Stokes and Yana Trevail came together for the private view of ‘The Colour of the Colour’ exhibition.

Guests attended from all over the south west and enjoyed an evening of cocktails as they viewed a stunning collection of interesting and diverse art.

The exhibition runs until Saturday, May 7.
