Police are appealing for information following vandalism to a car park barrier.

The offence happened early Sunday morning outside Library Court, Kingsbridge.

Police have posted a CCTV video of the vandal damaging the barrier on Facebook.

A police spokesman said: “We would very much like to speak to the person involved and discuss why you felt the need to do this and damage it beyond repair.

“If you are the man - and I use that word very loosely - in the video, or if you recognise him, then please call 101 quoting CR/085731/18. Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800555111.”The video is posted below.*****
