Emergency services are responding to an incident in Totnes.

Initial reports suggest they are responding to a medical emergency in Civic Square also known as Market square at the centre of Totnes high street.

Please be aware of potential traffic delays if traveling through the high street.UPDATE 1 (1.41 pm) : A Spokesperson for the Police said: "I can confirm we’ve been called and are in attendance – it’s a report of concern for the welfare of a man. Ongoing at this time."
