Kingsbridge Town entertained Kingsbridge Park last Thursday in the South Hams Triples League. Park needed to win the match to win the league, but their hopes were dashed as Town won on both rinks to win by 43 shots to 23. Keith Baston’s rink was involved in a much tighter struggle against the rink skipped by Chris Adams. Leading 10-6 at 11 ends, a count of five was then dropped to give the visitors the lead, but Town rallied with five shots in the last four ends to win by three shots.
