Dart RNLI lifeboat was called out around 6.30pm on Saturday (April 20) after reports of a boat having run aground at Newfoundland Cove, with two adults and two dogs on board.
The B-class Atlantic lifeboat discovered the leisure boat had been holed and was on a beach with no access from land.
The couple and their dogs were taken to safety by the RNLI volunteers.
