This week, Salcombe Town Council discussed the proposals within the last Executive Committee agenda from South Hams District Council.

Councillors voiced their concerns about the proposals for beach huts at South Sands and North Sands and the possibility of charging at public toilets around Salcombe.

The different ways of obtaining section 106 monies were also discussed and the proposed development at Whitestrand car park.
