A MAN appeared before Torquay Magistrates Court last Thursday, charged with asking a 13-year-old girl to send him intimate photos of herself in January.

Neil Martin Weeks, 31, of Devon Square, Kingsbridge, has been bailed to return to court on Friday, May 27. Conditions of his bail include having live and sleep each night at a property in East Allington and not have any unsupervised contact with anyone under the age of 16.
