South Hams Area Wellbeing are holding a ‘Lifestyle Fair For All’, bringing together groups and organisations that aim to improve wellbeing.

Outside Quay House, The Library, Age Concern and the Rest Centre on Saturday, May 11, from 10am to 3pm, the Norton Brook Patient Participation Group have brought together some of the many voluntary groups, organisations and clubs that aim to improve people’s wellbeing.

When you visit, you can take advantage of a free session of Atmamantra – easy yoga, Breathe Fitness – a workout, Sports Therapy – a stretch exercise session or with Waterborn – stand up paddleboarding.

Also there will be representatives of SHAW, Cancer UK, The Men’s Shed, St Luke’s Hospice and many other exhibitors, with information on hearing loss, dementia and stroke.

Norton Brook GP Dr James Mottram said: “The event will hopefully help with finding out more about these local facilities, where they are based and how they can help with individual needs.”
