Police have reported a multi-vehicle collision on the A381 which resulted in the arresting and charging of a man for drink driving.

Mr Billy Proctor, 36, of East Prawle has been charged with drink driving and been bailed to attend Newton Abbot Magistrates Court.

Kingsbridge Police posted on Facebook saying that the multi-vehicle collision was at The Mounts, but thankfully no one was injured.

The road was closed on Sunday, January 28, while the vehicles were recovered and the road was swept.
