Have you noticed how there is a recurring interest in cold case histories? The favourites are Jack the Ripper, Lord Lucan and Dr Crippin, to name just a few. Curiosity plays a part, but I also think we want to know the truth about what happened. So why not apply that to the death of Jesus Christ?

The New Testament portrays Jesus as the good guy with the baddies ganging up on him. All four of the gospels spell out the details of his death and mysteriously his resurrection. So can we rely on the eyewitness accounts? What happened to the body? Who did it, really?

The investigation into the case begins on Easter Sunday morning at Kingsbridge Family Church, down Baptist Lane. Then for six Sundays we will look at the evidence from the ordinary people, mostly women, who said they had seen and spoken to the risen Jesus.

You are invited to consider the facts presented in a short, 15-minute talk and then chat about the findings.

This series is for anyone who has doubts, questions or just likes a mystery, so why not come along and see what it’s all about and find out ‘who dunnit’.
