It isn’t just knights that come in shining armour, taxi drivers do as well.
Driving back from Goveton to Kingsbridge at night, a road unfamliar to me, I came to a road junction and tried to read the signpost. Unfortunately the undergrowth rendered it unreadable.
A taxi drew up behind me, the driver asking me where I wanted to go. He then let me follow him, thus escorting me to Kingsbridge.
Thank you, taxi driver, you certainly fulfilled your random act of kindness for the day.
