POLICE have arrested a man on suspicion of drink driving after he crashed his quad bike near California Cross.

Police were called to reports of a quad bike leaving the

road near California Cross, Loddiswell, on Sunday, September 6.

A 60-year-old man was ­arrested at the scene for drink driving. The man was then transferred to Derriford Hospital to treat injuries ­sustained in the crash.

A spokesman for the police said: ‘When will people realise the dangers of drink driving?’
