A real estate developer is consulting on its proposals for a residential-led, mixed-use development on land known as site K5 in a meeting next week.
Baker Estates is inviting the public to attend a public exhibition and consultation where it will be displaying its plans for new homes and commercial space on Wednesday, June 27.
Baker Estates was granted outline planning consent for a “residential-led” development in July 2015. This established the principle and amount of development, along with appropriate access arrangements.
Since acquiring the land, Baker Estates have said that they have been “busy consulting widely with close neighbours and councillors” and as a result will be ready to share its developed plans with the community at a public exhibition on Wednesday, June 27. The meeting will take place from 3.30-7.30pm at West Alvington Village Hall, West Alvington.
At the exhibition, the public will be able to view Baker Estates’ proposals, leave comments and put questions to the project team. Following the consultation event, it will consider all the feedback received before submitting a planning application to South Hams District Council.
For additional questions or information, contact the community helpline on 0800 169 6507, or email [email protected].
