KINGSBRIDGE Town Council is looking for local groups and organisations to receive cash grants.

Each year KTC awards small cash grants to local groups and organisations that are ‘actively involved in recreational, social or cultural pursuits within the community’.

In the current financial year, 19 awards have been made which have helped to fund, amongst others, a new projector and archery equipment for the 1876 Squadron Air Training Corps, materials for internal decoration at Dodbrooke Parish Church, Lego building blocks for Friends of Kingsbridge Library and transport and running costs for the World Traditional Karate Organisation South West.

Bids are now invited for the awards in the financial year 2016-17. There will only be one round of awards in 2016-17 and so it is essential to get the completed forms into the council by the deadline.
