The Kingsbridge In Bloom team have completed the planting and displays in the run up to their judging next week.
The official RHS Britain In Bloom judges will be in Kingsbridge on Thursday, July 6.
Graham Price, KIB chairman, said: “This is a very special year for our group as it is ten years since we started. We all feel very proud of our achievements and continue to go from strength to strength.
“As well as keeping the town attractive, we strive to retain some of the heritage features and regenerate many open spaces for everyone to enjoy.
“We take so many positive and supportive comments from people whilst we are out and about which is really appreciated and gives us a great incentive to continue.
“We strive to raise much of the funding ourselves but we could not exist without the ongoing generosity of our whole community, so a big thank you to everyone.
“Local schools are very much engaged with us and have taken part in the RHS Britain in Bloom painting competition. The children have done a great job and entries are currently on display in the Kingsbridge Library.
“Please have a look at our new display for our 2017 entry, a Devonshire hay cart that we have completely refurbished and is now on display in the town square.
“I would ask everyone help us by weeding and tidying the patch outside their properties so that we can present the town at it’s best for judging.”
The hay cart was donated by Graham Fairweather and built by the Farr brothers of East Charleton around 100 years ago.
