A South Hams-based holiday letting company has been shortlisted contenders for a prestigious award for a fifth consecutive year.

Coast & Country Cottages has been nominated for Best UK Self Catering/Cottage Holiday Company in the 2018 British Travel Awards.

The winners will be determined by the consumer, who has until September 30 to cast their vote. The winning companies will be announced at the BTA Gala Awards Dinner in London on November 28.

The family-run agency has previously won four consecutive British Travel Awards in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. The letting company has around 400 self-catering holiday cottages in Salcombe, Dartmouth and the surrounding South Hams countryside and has properties to suit all tastes, budgets and requirements.

Coast & Country Cottages general manager, Keith Motson, said: “We are delighted to be nominated in these prestigious awards for a fifth consecutive time. As a small, local business with around 45 employees, this means a great deal to us all.
