Regarding the ongoing issues Paul Tucker is having with his back garden, Boundary wrangle puts tenant in limbo, June 29.

May I suggest that he puts in an application to create a public footpath from housing association land, across Perraton land and back onto housing association land, aka his back garden.

The Perratons would then be responsible for the maintenance of this footpath, which would involve cutting the grass.

I am sure South Hams District Council could fast track this through and it could be in place by as early as 2021.

Alternatively, as there has been an equal under-build at one end of the housing scheme, why not simply hire a couple of skips dig up the respective areas and swop them over?
