Dramatic scenes unfolded as a tractor lost its load.Frogmore Bridge was closed for approximately two hours on Monday afternoon after a tractor carrying bales of hay toppled onto its side.

Police attended the incident as the trailer had overturned onto a car, according to a witness. Nobody was injured and a textbook clean-up operation ensued with the straw bales being removed first, then the car recovered, and finally, the trailer being turned back on to its wheels.Gethin Thomas who was at the scene at the time said: "Amazingly the car which almost disappeared under the straw bales seemed to receive only minor damage to the bonnet and was drivable. "The driver and passenger had just arrived for their holidays."To add a surreal note a man then appeared carrying a swan which seemed to have become involved somehow. "The swan was returned to the creek where it happily continued its swimming and feeding completely oblivious to the events unfolding."
