A body has been found in the search for a missing 58-year-old woman from Kingsbridge.
Peta Harper, from Aveton Gifford, was last seen in the Hope Cove area on Monday, November 11.
Her disappearance sparked a major rescue operation across air, sea and land.
Police said that a body was discovered in a cave system near the cliffs at Hope Cove on Saturday afternoon.
Her next of kin have been informed.
Kingsbridge Police said: "Searches have been carried out around a system of caves within the cliffs at Hope Cove.
"It is with great sadness to report that the body of a female was located within the cave structure.
"Formal identification has not yet taken place but the family of Peta Harper, who was reported as missing from Aveton Gifford on Monday, has been informed.
"A file will now be prepared for HM Coroner.
"Our sincere condolences to the friends and family of Peta."
