PARISHIONERS at St Michael and All Angels, Stokenham have donated a selection of seasonal food to the food bank in Kingsbridge.

John Baverstock, churchwarden at St Michael and All Angels said: ‘I’m delighted with the response following six weeks of collections in the church. It was very pleasing to take this to the food bank in time for Christmas.’

A spokesperson from the Kingsbridge food bank said: ‘We would like to thank everyone who has been so generous this year, especially over the Christmas period.

From Friday, January 1, 2016, Kingsbridge’s food bank will move to Horizons, 110 Fore Street in Kingsbridge, with sessions being held between 10am and 12pm.
