A service of celebration of all the charities that work to help local people will be held at St Edmund’s church, Kingsbridge at 4pm on Sunday, March 12.

The service, to be taken by the Reverend Jackie Taylor, will celebrate all who volunteer in such organisations, all who benefit from them and all who are interested in their work are invited to attend.

There will be refreshments following the service with the opportunity to discuss their work with representatives of a number of local charities, whose activities will be on display in the church for several days before and after the service.
