KINGSBRIDGE Town Council are seeking nominations for their annual Citizen of the Year award.

The competition has been running since 2004, and last year it was presented to Dennis Holwill for his outstanding contribution to the local community and in particular, his service as a First Responder.

A spokesperson for Kingsbridge Town Council said: ‘The search is now on for a new recipient in 2016. We all know that there are lots of fabulous community-spirited people living and working in Kingsbridge, however the town council need you to tell them about that special person who makes a difference by making a nomination for this year’s award.’
