FRODO Baggins, Sherlock Holmes and Harry Potter were among characters that taught students at Kingsbridge Community College last week.

Teachers at KCC got into the spirit of World Book Day on Thursday, March 3, dressing up as some of their favourite fictional characters.

World Book Day celebrates authors, illustrators, books and the joy of reading every year. Staff at KCC brought characters including Willy Wonka from Roald Dahl’s classic Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Arthur Dent from the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, and Katniss Everdeen, the heroine of the Hunger Games trilogy.
