A CHILLINGTON resident is organising a charity dog walk in support of Save The Children.

Lisa Butcher, from Love2walk K9s, is organising a walk from the National Trust car park at East Soar, on a four mile route around the coastline on January 29.

‘Its a social event for the dogs and owners’, said Lisa, ‘its going to be a beautiful walk and hopefully we can raise as much money as possible.’

Lisa is asking each walker, and you don’t have to have a dog to attend, dog lovers are welcome to attend with or without a four-legged friend, to donate a minimum of £6 to the charity for the event, although if you would like to donate more, Lisa said that would be ‘fantastic’.
