Donna McCheyne of Simply Soulful Yoga is organising a 24-hour, non-stop marathon yoga event, to raise funds for an educational charity in India.
The charity ‘yogathon’ is being organised in support of a charity called PETE - Providing Education To Everyone, based in India.
“There will be a vast range of yoga styles continuously on offer throughout the 24-hour period. There are classes to suite everybody, whether novice, intermediate or an experienced yogi” says Donna.
“Some sessions will be dynamic, others restful and restorative; there is even a laughter yoga session on offer to exercise those belly muscles and for animal enthusiasts, there will be an animal-inspired yoga class.
“The focus throughout the Yogathon will be one of having fun, building a sense of community and sharing a common desire to support a good cause”.
There will be a total of 24 yoga classes to choose from over the course of the event, with prices ranging been £7 and £10 per class. You can choose to attend a single class or opt for a package of two, six or 12 sessions.
