WELLS Court Residential Home closed a year ago on Wednesday and the staff are hosting a reunion for everyone who misses the home.

Andy Hammett, senior carer, at Wells Court said: ‘I just wanted to say how much I’ve missed Wells Court and everyone I worked with and cared for. The last year has been hard to adjust but everything seemed to fall into place.

‘I’d like to send my love to all staff and families who are never far from my mind. My heart will be at Wells Court and will cherish the memories I made there.’

They are organising a get together on Thurlestone Sands near Thurlestone Rock for a barbecue and picnic on Saturday, June 11, from 4pm. Everyone is welcome.
