For more than ninety years the appeal of Bantham to so many has been the lack of any form of commercial activity.

The statement that landowner Nicholas Johnston is keen to develop the commercial aspect of Bantham undermined all the accompanying reassurances.

It is so sad that such a gem as we have in Bantham should be considered ‘an interesting business opportunity’.
