Tonight is the deadline for the ‘reserved matters’ stage of a proposal for a residential-led, mixed-use development known as site K5.

Residents are reminded that tonight (August 31) is the last chance to submit any comments regarding the 'reserved matters' stage of planning for the development on West Alvington Hill opposite Kingsbridge Community College.

Comments on the ‘reserved matters’ stage will have anything to do with material details, such as access, appearance (aspects of the buildings or place that determine its visual impression), landscaping, layout and scale (the height, width and length of the proposed buildings).

However, the two access points to the site have been fully approved, so comments on those will not be considered.

To submit comments, or view the details, visit http://apps.southhams.gov.uk/PlanningSearchMVC, with the planning reference: 2434/18/ARM.

Or, you can email [email protected].
