FOLLOWING our article on February 10 about the illegal use of loading bay forcing vehicles to park on the pavements, we wanted to see if it was still happening.

One of our reporters popped out of the office and walked down Fore Street to see if anyone was parking in loading bays or on pavements.

In the time it took to walk down Fore Street and back up again, four cars were parked in loading bays and one van was parked on the pavement.

We shall continue looking for cars parked illegally today. We have blocked out number plates and any company names to protect identities.
