Kingsbridge Amateur Theatrical Society has been out and about in the town and at the farmers market to promote their upcoming world premiere.

Pieces of After Eight is a swashbuckling tale of pirates; their search for buried treasure and perhaps true love. The production is a new comedy musical, with words and music by local author Grant Davies and sidekick Johnny Jarman. They’ve worked together extensively before on such BBC comedy classics as Hale and Pace, Russ Abbot, Bobby Davro and Little and Large - so a laugh should be pretty much guaranteed!

Pieces of After Eight runs at Malborough Village Hall from Wednesday, March 29 until Saturday, April 1, with tickets available from Kingsbridge information Centre and online at www.kats-kingsbridge.co.uk.
