Kingsbridge Estuary Rotary Club is offering a grant of £750 to a local club, organisation or school for a project, equipment or special event.

The grant will go to the application that is judged to provide the best benefit. The funds come from donations collected from the local community. Applications should be made by completing and submitting the application form on the Club’s website www.estuaryrotary.org.uk

Applications are welcome, with a closing date of Monday, April 30.

Applications received are considered by a judging panel of Rotarians and the winner is announced towards the end of May.

The grant scheme pays out every quarter and the last two grants were to East Allington Primary School, for a polytunnel for pupils to grow their own vegetables and salads; and ‘Kingsbridge in Bloom’ for raised beds and plants on the Embankment, to aid their work making Kingsbridge the attractive town that it is.
