EAST Allington Primary School children from Reception, Year One and Year Two made a visit to Dartmouth Food Festival last week.

The children were greeted by an army of volunteers and were guided through a variety of activities, including baking scones, a blindfold taste test, a recycling activity and the making of place-setting name pebbles.

Karen Partridge, head of teaching and learning at East Allington Primary school said: ‘All the children and staff involved said how much they had enjoyed the morning - thank you to all involved and we look forward to next year!’
