Chillington Hall Community Association is looking for someone to help take the community meeting minutes and distribute them to the team.

The requirement is five meetings per year on a Saturday morning from 9am to 10.30am, with an additional Thursday evening in June for the Chillington Annual General Meeting, which is normally from 7.30 to 8pm.

All that is needed is for someone to attend the meetings, record the minutes, and produce a set of minutes from the meeting and email them to the team.
