Quayside Leisure Centre is set to host the popular annual Rotoproj event, as part of the Kingsbridge Fair Week.
Taking place on Sunday, July 16, registered disabled charities are invited to attend and take part in a day packed with activities, including rides, attractions, a free lunch and a disco.
Organised and run by the Kingsbridge and Kingsbridge Estuary Rotary Clubs and supported by the Fair Week Committee, Rowlands Fair will be providing rides free of charge to visitors, with the local fire service on hand to assist wheelchair users. Their fire engine will also be on show for all to enjoy. The Rotoproj will be providing a free lunch and disco, hosted in the sports hall of Quayside Leisure Centre.
As part of the 39th annual Kingsbridge Fair, which is set to be the biggest year yet, Quayside Leisure Centre is also set to host a bingo evening on Tuesday, July 18, starting at 7.30pm. Members of the public are invited to turn up from 6.30pm - booking is not required.
A series of activities and events will be taking place across the town in celebration of Kingsbridge Fair Week, which runs from Saturday, July 15 until Saturday, July 22.
The week will include live music, a 10km road race and a carnival procession. Members of the public are also invited to head down to the estuary at 12.30pm on Sunday, July 16 to watch Quayside Leisure Centre staff competing in the annual raft race.

The Rotoproj is a big attraction for many and continues to grow every year – it is fantastic to be hosting such a prestigious event.
“We will also be giving away free passes and raffle prizes throughout the week, and be sure to attend the raft race and cheer on our leisure centre team!”
