Thank you for the fun News of the Weird article and quiz concerning the birth of Jesus Christ.

It is true the actual date is unknown, but that does not mean God did not enter our world in the flesh and live the most amazing life.

The crucial point of his coming is to show us how to love one another and how to have a relationship with God. That is the good news that Jesus in the gospels speaks about – and let’s face it, we need some.

If, like me, you are looking at 2017 and hoping it is going to be better than last year, then there has got to be some changes in the way you and I live out our day.

The changes that matter only happen on the inside. Love, patience and kindness are just three aspects of God’s character seen in the words of Jesus.

I’m impressed and intrigued by the person of Jesus Christ, so much so that from Sunday, January 8, until Easter, at Kingsbridge Family Church we shall go through the gospel of Mark.

It is the first and shortest account about who Jesus is and what he came to do.

His words are amazing and his miracles astonishing, so if you are wondering what it is all about, come and join us.

There will be a warm welcome, good coffee and maybe you will discover something to change your outlook in 2017.
